Dana Brenklin is an English educator, tutor, and academic writing specialist. She helps students and adult learners clarify their thinking, strengthen their writing, and engage with complex texts in ways that feel manageable and meaningful.
With PhD‑level training in English literature and over a decade of experience teaching and editing, she focuses on reading and writing instruction, curriculum and lesson development, and individualized academic support. Her work includes one‑on‑one tutoring, literacy and study‑skills coaching, and guided revision for major projects such as essays, theses, and dissertations.
Dana operates through Brenklin Consulting, where she offers tailored learning support in English and writing, and she publishes essays at Dispatches from the Brink.
